What will you be doing? Crafting and executing content strategies tailored to each client's unique needs to drive results Analysing and reporting on the performance of your work - to identify fresh opportunities Outreaching creative content to gain backlinks Collaborating seamlessly with other channels to maximise results across the board Providing top-notch client service to ensure satisfaction and success What are we looking for? SEO Savvy: You know how to optimise content to drive organic growth and understand its role in the bigger picture. Versatile and Resilient: Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you balance competing priorities across multiple clients like a pro. Strategic Thinker: You connect content to overarching marketing goals, contributing to measurable success. Proactive Explorer: Your curiosity fuels deep dives into industries, brands, and best practices, pushing you to innovate. Confident Communicator: Whether presenting to clients or collaborating with teams, you build relationships with clarity and professionalism. Tech-Enabled: Experience with tools like Semrush, GA4, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console is a must. What skills and experience are we looking for? Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field Experience writing content for websites Certifications in SEO, or content marketing, or other relevant areas are a plus but not mandatory. Not essential but we’d also love it if you had any of these: Expertise in eCommerce content, A/B testing, or UX-focused writing.
