Role Objective:
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and
ensuring fantastic service delivery across a growing portfolio of partners. You will be
responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, ensuring that projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and to the highest standards. Your ability to manage multiple accounts and
collaborate with cross-functional teams will be critical to your success. The Account Manager
will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing both strategic oversight and
tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
● Client Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and identify growth
opportunities through strategic entertainment marketing programs.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership
teams, ensuring program success and client satisfaction.
● Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, including
budget management, invoicing, and margin performance.
● Program Execution: Lead strategic planning, execution, and reporting of client
campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and exceeded.
● Business Development: Support deal negotiations and assist in growing business
opportunities.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign
execution across strategy, creative, media planning, and experiential marketing.
Required Skills and Experience:
● 3+ years of experience in brand management, client service, media, or entertainment.
● Must have experience in delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable
results.
● Strong understanding of multichannel campaign execution and consumer insights.
● Experience working with recognised global brands is preferred.
● Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
● Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, organised working style.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
● Flexible and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
