Therefore, we are looking for individuals who would like to pursue a career in patient recruitment, have a background in clinical trials, or are recent graduates looking for their first opportunity within clinical trials with a company that will give them that chance and develop them as professionals.
The role of a Patient Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the project teams, and responsibilities will include:
1. Support completion of start-up and project management documentation
2. Maintain training files and logs
3. Minute taking at client and study meetings
4. Scheduling of client-facing and internal meetings
5. File management to remain audit-ready and keep data up to date
6. Assist with client reports
7. Review of timesheets
8. QC of patient recruitment materials

We Would Ideally Like The Following Skills/Experience:
1. Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multiple projects
3. Professional and focused approach to roles and responsibilities
4. Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
