of Patient Monitoring, Diagnostic, Airway Management, Anaesthetic, and Resuscitation

growth and the retirement of our current area Representative, we are seeking a passionate
and motivated Regional Sales Manager for South West England and South Wales to join our
dedicated team.
The Opportunity:
This role is a fantastic chance for an individual who values appreciation, seeks to be an integral
part of a close-knit team, and is driven to elevate their career with an established leader in the
medical supply industry. The position involves managing and enhancing relationships within an
established customer base, comprising NHS and private sector organisations, and seizing
opportunities to introduce our innovative product range to new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead sales strategies across the South West of England, and South Wales, focusing on
Trusts and Private Hospitals to meet or exceed Sales Targets.
Provide expert product information and consultative sales services to a diverse professional
customer base including Procurement Officers, Theatre Managers, Anaesthetic Consultants,
and ITU Nurses, among others.
Utilize a dynamic sales approach to promote our comprehensive product range, from
Anaesthetic products used in Theatre and ITU settings to cutting-edge monitoring equipment.
Continuously update and enhance your product knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to offer
solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
Provide feedback and reporting on activity.
About You:
Candidate will ideally be based in the Bristol area, or its surroundings.
Experience in medical sales, ideally with direct exposure to our target market segments, or a
strong clinical or medical engineering background with a keen interest in advancing into sales.A commitment to excellence, with a customer-focused ethos that aligns with PROACT
Medical’s values.
Proactive, self-driven, with the ability to manage your territory and schedule effectively,
focusing on high-value activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to engage with a
wide range of healthcare professionals.
Competent with Microsoft Office especially use of Excel spreadsheets and a basic level of
computer literacy required to maintain Company CRM for your territory.
