Duties and responsibilities: Written and verbal communications with Driver Trainers & Operational contracts to facilitate Driver Training course requests and answer queries and resolve issues around training. Book, result and record Driver Training courses on Government evidence databases Book, result and record Driver Training courses on company platforms. Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets to accurately record Driver Training activity's, costs and revenue. At pre-determined intervals conduct checks on data that has been inputted into company systems to ensure accurate recording is taking place, reporting findings to Regional Driver Training Managers & Group Driver Training Manager. Filing and archiving of Driver Training electronic documents using MS Platforms. Compiling reports on training outcomes using the company LMS Working as part of a team to assist with diaries for team members and creating learning sessions on the company LMS. Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, where required. Utilise company procurement process and procedures to order track and receipt all approved purchases. Any other reasonable request to aid and facilitate operational Driver Training delivery. Experience, Skills, and Attributes: A good level of English and maths. Experience of working in an administrative role Preferably within a training environment. Demonstrate drive, energy, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Should be flexible and respond positively and accurately to internal and external customer enquiries. The ability to develop good working relationships at all levels. Have excellent IT skills across all MS platforms and be able to understand and harness IT and systems to benefit the operation. Full Driver’s License holder (desirable) Able to travel across sites as required.
