Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a keen analytical mindset. You will play a pivotal role in our organisation's success by leveraging tools such as Zoho CRM to manage client interactions effectively.
Duties
1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
3. Utilise CRM and the D4Booking system for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar position.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
3. Proficient in analysing data to inform decision-making processes and drive sales strategies.
4. Familiarity with a CRM software is highly desirable.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
