Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join a highly regarded Motor & Casualty team, assisting on high-value Large & Complex Loss claims. The role offers exposure to catastrophic injury cases, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, and amputations, working closely with senior lawyers and national insurers.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting a Partner and other fee earners in handling complex large loss cases.
* Supporting on claims involving serious and catastrophic injuries.
* Managing legal documentation, case preparation, and client communications.
* Providing clients with updates and ensuring efficient case progression.
* Conducting legal research and assisting with strategic case planning.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Law degree, LPC, or GDL qualification.
* 6-12 months of experience in a claims handling role, ideally within defendant large loss.
* Knowledge of insurance litigation and personal injury law is highly advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
