Air Conditioning Engineer needed to join a top-tier facilities management company, playing a vital role in delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and reactive maintenance throughout Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will have a solid background in the FM industry, specialising in the maintenance of a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs, and VRFs. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance and longevity of air conditioning systems.
* Service and maintain a variety of Air Conditioning systems, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and AHUs, to keep them running efficiently.
* Quickly addressing breakdowns and repairs of air conditioning and ventilation systems across various commercial premises.
* Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across diverse commercial sites to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
* Full UK Driver's License.
* F-Gas 2079 Certified.
* Air Conditioning and Refrigeration NVQ Level 2&3 or City & Guilds qualification.
