SUMMARY The Regional Marketing Manager for Europe & Middle East will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for Avetta tailored to the European market and Middle East. This role will involve working closely with local teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives, while managing campaigns, market research, and brand positioning in Europe and Middle East. The role will report directly to the CMO and work in strong collaboration with the global marketing organization. This role requires residing in England. If within commutable distance to our Maidenhead office, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance but who still reside within England. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy Development: Create and execute regional marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Europe and Middle East. Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns specific to European markets, including digital advertising, content marketing, events, and promotions. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaboration : Work with global and regional teams, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and regional nuances. Events: Lead the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and industry-specific events to increase brand awareness, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines. Content: Oversee the creative development and production of event materials, presentations, and promotional content. Manage post-event activities, including follow-up communications, lead tracking, and measuring event ROI. Ensure a consistent, high-standard brand experience at all events, fostering positive perceptions of the company across different markets. Budget Management: Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI). Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize strategy and improve outcomes. Localization: Ensure that marketing materials and messages are appropriately localized for various European languages and cultural contexts. Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local agencies, media partners, and industry influencers. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications in marketing preferred). 5 years of experience in regional or international marketing, with a focus on European markets. Strong understanding of European and Middle Eastern market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors. Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, 6Sense.) Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus but not required. Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
