Job Title: Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create and implement individualised lesson plans based on students' learning needs Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification Experience working with students with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tutoring Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN support strategies Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Excellent organisational skills Working Conditions: Part-Time hours Flexible schedule £20 - £30 per hour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
