Post: Internal Communications and Engagement Officer
Salary: Scale 5 / 6 – £29,109 - £34,329

Are you passionate about staff engagement and the potential of communications to empower and motivate others?
We’re looking for an experienced individual to join our small internal communications and engagement team working across all aspects of internal communications and staff engagement. Strong organisation skills are a must, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
You’ll have a proven track record and must have a “can-do” attitude to all aspects of workforce engagement, including keeping abreast of new platforms and tools.
You’ll be a confident communicator, willing to put forward your ideas and able to influence at the highest level. It goes without saying you will have an exceptionally keen eye for detail, making sure that all work is of the highest standard.
