Hours of work: 37.5 hours / week
Place of work: Ipswich office based
Salary: £25-30,000 based on experience

The Role
The Technical Administrator (New Build) role assists the Technical Sales Managers through each stage of a new build project cycle, from initial design proposals, NBS Chorus specifications and quotations through to guarantees and delivery of completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver professional administrative and technical support including issuing to customers and clients, correspondence, reports, technical NBS Chorus specifications and design documents, quotations, guarantees and other information packages.
2. Work with Technical Sales Managers and clients to provide NBS Chorus flat roof waterproofing specifications on that platform in both CAWS and Uniclass format. Assist the team with ensuring all NBS platforms are up to date.
3. Utilise the NBS platforms for lead generation and manage this process on behalf of the Technical Sales Managers.
4. Communicate with clients verbally and in writing, providing relevant and timely information to achieve great customer service which will help to build trust and contribute to a positive brand reputation.
5. Respond swiftly to telephone and email enquiries, providing pertinent information, ensuring the customer receives a high-quality service to optimise our brand and reputation.
6. Maintain accurate CRM database records to store customer information and run data reports to analyse and evaluate business performance and drive informed decision making.
7. Manage document protocols to ensure version controls are upheld and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
8. Create, audit, maintain and document workflows and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
9. Collaborate with and understand the roles of other colleagues across all teams to improve knowledge sharing, innovation, better communication and increased success.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Experience in an administrative role working as part of a wider team.
2. Experience within the UK construction product sector is desirable.
3. Experience on NBS Chorus is desirable but not essential.
4. Experience working with a CRM system is desirable.
5. Basic Microsoft Office 365 skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
6. Basic GDPR knowledge.
