Role & Responsibilities An important role within the business, you will act as the building manager and have autonomy to put your stamp on things overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the building. You will be responsible for managing a team of concierge staff and housekeepers, ensuring that high levels of customer service are delivered to residents and guests. You will support everything from a resident's initial welcome and move-in to ensuring the facilities are maintained and achieving our superior brand standards. You will report into the general/cluster manager. The ideal candidate will be a warm, welcoming, professional individual with the ability to build relationships with our residents. They should also have a keen eye for detail, be well-organised and meticulous in ensuring the smooth running of our buildings. Tasks will include: Liaising with residents, conducting building tours, providing and ensuring completion of relevant paperwork including move-in contracts. Maintaining customer databases for communication and resolving or escalating any issues that may arise. Managing a team of staff members and ensuring efficient use of their time during shifts. Conducting regular team training and ensuring completion of all e-learning courses. Performing regular compliance walks to ensure brand standards are met, identify any health and safety issues, and ensure items are in good working order. Organising resident move-ins and changeovers, ensuring a smooth and stress-free welcome experience. This includes conducting apartment checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance, preparing keys, and ensuring accurate paperwork. Ensuring the building is clean and well-maintained to the highest standards, addressing any building maintenance and housekeeping issues. Assisting with budget management and team rota planning using allocated budgets. Supporting the delivery and promotion of on-site events and pop-ups. Collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. Ensuring that the premium concierge service is continuously delivered seamlessly to the highest standards.
