The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Forensic Analyst to conduct forensic examinations of digital devices (e.g. computers, mobile phones) in order to acquire and process evidential data and produce factual reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forensic examinations and analysis of computer systems and mobile devices.
* End-to-end case management.
* Prepare detailed reports and witness statements.
* Present evidence in court.
* Securing and preservation of digital evidence.
* Procedural and documentation development.
* Contribute to achieving and maintaining quality standards whilst ensuring that the company’s quality procedures ISO 17025 and 9001 are robustly adhered to.
* Ensure work meets quality standards.
* Mentoring junior members of staff.
* Excellent understanding of IT Technology.
* At least 5 years criminal and/or commercial casework experience.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent work-related experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An understanding of quality standards and FSR’s Codes of Practice.
* Advanced ability in using forensic tools such as AXIOM, X-Ways, EnCase, Griffeye, Cellebrite UFED/PA.
* A full and clean UK driving license.
* Unimpeachable integrity.
