Public Nectar specialises in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing, utilising their expertise to help clients achieve exceptional results. With a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to national brands, you'll be working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Position We're Looking to Fill
As a Full-Time Graphic Designer at Public Nectar, you will play a key role in developing and executing DTC creatives that drive engagement, conversions, and growth for our clients. You will be part of a team of 21 that is committed to continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and delivering data-driven results. You'll also have significant opportunities for professional development within our fast-growing agency.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Producing high-converting video and graphic designs for Meta and Instagram ads, emails, and landing pages that drive results for clients
* Closely collaborating with PPC Specialists and other creators to brainstorm new ideas and receive feedback on the performance of your designs, allowing you to continuously optimise your work
* Managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality designs on time and with attention to detail, ensuring that all clients' needs are met
* Developing performance-driven strategies for creatives that help our clients meet their business objectives, using data and insights to guide your decision-making
* Actively participating in team meetings, bringing unique perspectives to the table to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to design
* Continuously experimenting with new ideas and strategies to create better results for clients
* Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and digital marketing so you're always on top of all new practices

The Right Person for the Job
* You have at least 2 years of experience working with performance graphic design, ideally within an agency setting
* You have strong expertise working in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects
* You have experience working with static designs as well as motion design for paid social and organic channels
* You have a portfolio to showcase your work and will be able to share it with us
* You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that's thrown at you
* You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
* You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
* You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others
* You are interested in marketing and learning more about various aspects of digital marketing
