Facilities Management Role - £40K - Portsmouth
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £19.23 per hour - 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Type: Contract Role
Job Responsibilities
* Liaison with the client to build and develop good working relationships with the contracts manager.
* Management of the cleaning activities days/weekends, focusing primarily on good practice in cleaning, janitorial services, and office cleaning services.
* Ensure training, coaching, and development of teams.
* Maintain training curricula of each team member at the required level, and implement any new/updated training to relevant personnel.
* Review of works completed.
* Track, monitor, and report all safety and environmental excursions to the appropriate department/body and investigate as appropriate, as per site procedures and statutory requirements.
* Assist in measurement and management of performance against agreed KPIs.
Applicant Requirements
* Skilled manager with significant experience, compliance, and safety focused.
* Demonstrable health and safety experience.
* Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Security Clearance required.
