Responsibilities of a Social Worker:
* Ensure positive outcomes for children and young people
* Provide support and protection for children and young people in need and at risk
* Manage and prioritize workloads using professional judgment
* Handle complex and high-risk cases or arrange high-value packages of care
* Support children and young people through assessment, planning, and intervention to achieve positive outcomes within their families and communities
Requirements:
* Social Care Wales registration
* A recognized qualification in Social Work
* A full UK driving license
* DBS clearance
* Legal right to work in the UK
Salary scale: £38,000–£42,000 depending on experience
