Main duties of the job The successful candidate will: Support the ESR Team in providing an effective and efficient workforce information service to the Trust. The post-holder is responsible for managing workforce data in the ESR (Electronic Staff Record), using ESR and other computerised systems to ensure data quality. Serve as the primary contact for addressing all ESR enquiries by managing the ESR Support email inbox and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
