Customer Success Manager x3 (Proptech)
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Your Day-to-Day
* Guide the Customer Journey: Take charge of the entire client experience—from onboarding to ongoing support—ensuring long-term value.
* Be a Partner, Not Just a Manager: Understand what your clients need and help them achieve their goals with thoughtful advice and tailored solutions.
* Spot Growth Opportunities: Use your commercial instincts to identify ways to add value through new features and services.
* Keep Customers Happy: Advocate for your clients’ needs and make sure your solutions evolve with their goals.
* Collaborate and Share: Work in a transparent, supportive team where sharing knowledge is key to success.
* Solve Problems Before They Start: Stay proactive, addressing challenges early to keep clients on track.

* Customer Success Expert: You’ve got experience in SaaS or Proptech and a proven ability to deliver amazing client outcomes.
* Driven by Excellence: You consistently raise the bar, improving team practices and outcomes.
* Commercially Savvy & Curious: You know how to identify opportunities for growth and create a bridge between clients and internal teams.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: You excel at juggling multiple priorities and keeping everything on track.
* A Great Communicator: You know how to simplify complex ideas, build trust, and advocate for your clients.
* Team-Oriented & Growth-Focused: Collaboration is second nature to you, and you’re always ready to learn and share insights.
* Tech-Savvy: Confident with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
