Sales Coordinator

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our well-established client.
Job Duties:
* Accurately set up customers in the sales system.
* Process orders on the sales system.
* Provide support to the sales team, including processing orders.
* Handle customer enquiries including taking calls and responding via email.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
* Liaise with colleagues/departments to ensure a smooth process and quickly resolve any issues.
* Track orders and provide PODs (Proof of Delivery), interacting with couriers as necessary.
* Perform general administration duties.
* Some warehouse duties including receiving goods, packaging outgoing goods, and operating FLT.
Requirements:
* Sage experience is essential.
* Strong IT skills.
* Strong team player but able to work independently.
* Positive and enthusiastic with a passion for learning and delivering fantastic customer service.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 Per Annum (DOE).
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm & Fridays 8:30am - 3pm.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
