On-Street Coordinator - Norwich Full Time - 40 hours per week Schedule - 5 days per week (working week Monday - Sunday) About Us Here at Beryl, we have a clear vision: to build a better world by getting more people in cities moving sustainably. The Role We are looking for a talented On-Street Coordinator to join us to help deliver and support the Beryl Bike, E-Bike and E-Scooter scheme. You will become a key lead of the team by helping to deliver Beryl’s bike-share scheme in coordination with Norfolk county council. As an On-Street Coordinator, you will be responsible for the availability and on-street maintenance of all Beryl assets. You will need to be forward-thinking, conscientious, flexible and have a can-do attitude. You will be working with our On-Street Operatives and help plan and support the working day, to help ensure our supply chain is at the right place at the right time, whilst helping to keep Beryl assets available for the public. Responsibilities Ad hoc, and scheduled tasks, including but not limited to; ● Being the face of Beryl on-street, supporting those under your guidance to perform to their best. Engaging with our amazing customers on-street. ● Helping to swap batteries on-street for our e-asset fleet. ● Active communication with the On-Street team members throughout the shift. ● Redistribute our assets via our vans, ensuring safety processes are followed and are compliant and driven with care. ● Ensure all vans are up to code by doing monthly vehicle checks. ● Supporting training of new on-street team members. ● Ensuring our batteries are charged at the right times for the correct shift patterns. ● Supporting the management team with processes, ie Return to work and stock checks. ● Maintain the daily running of the satellite unit in accordance with weekly/monthly health and safety checks. ● Carry out triage and search jobs when necessary. ● Liaise with both Scheme and Workshop Leads, reporting on blockers and scheme performance ● Being a point of contact for On-Street Operatives and support with problem solving. ● Helping with ad-hoc tasks as per business need. We’d like someone with ● Good communication skills. ● A full clean driving licence. ● Good organisational skills. ● Happy to work in a shift pattern that incorporates weekends.
