What to Expect
In this role, you will be:
* Implementing the Pinewood.AI platform into new and existing Automotive retailers across the UK and internationally
* Ensuring a high-quality implementation process, and continuously reviewing the way we do things to ensure we deliver high-quality implementations each and every time.
* Working closely with the customer to understand their needs, setting up and selecting the appropriate parameters, and ensuring the system is set up correctly prior to the 'Go Live' dates.
* Providing onsite and remote consultancy to our customers as needed.
* Delivering informative and clear training sessions to ensure customers get the maximum value from the platform's financial tools.
* Continuously develop your system knowledge- including parameters, functionality, and integrations.

About You
You'll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. Your problem-solving mindset and understanding of the automotive industry will be key to your success.
You will need:
* A strong background in automotive finance or accounting, for example, as a dealership accountant, assistant accountant, or similar role.
* Hands-on experience using a dealer management system (ideally Pinewood’s DMS).
* A solid understanding of core financial processes, including balance sheets, budgeting, VAT returns, management reporting, bank reconciliations, accruals, etc.
* Ideally, a recognised accounting qualification or part-qualification such as AAT Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent).
* The ability to prioritise your workload and manage multiple projects at once.
* Strong time management and work output skills
* A problem solving attitude.
* A strong work ethic and self-motivation.
* A clean UK driving license.
Desirable:
* Experience using Pinewood DMS or another dealership management or accounting system.
* An understanding of how finance supports wider dealership operations.
* Experience supporting process improvement or system optimisation projects.
