Position Title: Principal Officer (Performance, Data Analysis and Research)

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Weeks per year: 52
Minimum Salary: £50,549.90 per annum (based on 36 hours over 52 weeks per year).
Requirements
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject and/or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience.
Experience required:
1. Statistical analysis.
2. Committee reporting and report writing skills, presenting findings/conclusions/recommendations.
3. Contributing directly to the design and development of strategies or plans for future implementation.
4. Appointing and managing staff.
5. Development and delivery of training programmes.
6. Assessing and delivering service requirements or client/customer needs.
Skills required:
1. Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Working with information from a range of different sources and being able to judge which source to select/reject.
4. Applying recognised analytical techniques.
5. Using digital applications to support key functions of the role.
6. Analysing information and strategic planning.
7. Investigating and interpreting information.
