With a culture of continuous quality improvement, our Quality teams are key to our work here at Curaleaf. As a Quality Release Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are of an exemplary standard by ensuring compliance across the company and performing final checks before anything is released.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Conducting the final quality release check on pharmaceutical products in line with cGMP
* Supporting raw material handling, sampling, and approval
* Following, promoting, and enforcing relevant SOPs and job aids across your own department and other teams
* Assisting with company-wide staff training in areas of quality and production
* Using the Quality Management System effectively to record and monitor deviations, recalls, complaints, and audits
* Supporting production in the prioritising and manufacturing of products and environmental monitoring
To be successful within the Quality team, you must be committed to a culture of continuous improvement, with an agile approach to working to meet the changing and rapidly growing needs of the company. It is essential you:
* Maintain a constant awareness of security and confidentiality
* Have GMP experience in Specials, within either a production or quality environment
* Hold a Pharmacy Tech qualification, Life Sciences degree, or equivalent
* Thrive in a regulated, targeted environment with the ability to maintain accuracy in all situations
* Have strong communication and decision-making skills
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office use
