Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target industries.
2. Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to help customers understand the value and capabilities of our solutions.
3. Develop strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement professionals.
4. Work closely with the marketing and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
5. Support product launches by providing customer training, technical presentations, and application support.
6. Manage leads and sales pipelines using CRM software (Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
7. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
8. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and on-site visits to strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
9. Work with internal teams to provide customer feedback for product development and service improvements.
About you
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in business to business technical sales, metrology, precision measurement, or a related field.
3. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
4. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) for lead tracking and sales forecasting.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows internationally up to twice a month.
