The Role:
Do you enjoy a hands-on challenge? On the night shift, you’ll ensure train interiors are clean, fresh, and ready for the next day’s services. Tasks include hoovering, mopping, sanitizing, and deep cleaning. This role is physically demanding and requires you to be active throughout your shift.
Requirements:
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Enthusiastic, dependable, and hard-working individuals
2. Experience in transportation, housekeeping, or a similar cleaning environment (preferred)
Working Hours:
You’ll work night shifts on a rotating 12-week schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
3. 8 weeks: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
4. 4 weeks: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Average weekly hours: 35
Rate of Pay:
5. Standard hours (35 hours/week): £14.52 p/h
6. Overtime (hour 36+): £17.43 p/h
7. Rest Day Working: £18.88 p/h
8. Sunday Shifts: £21.06 p/h
9. After 12 weeks: Pay increase as part of Agency Worker Rights
10. Training and PPE: Fully provided
11. Opportunity for a permanent role after a 6-month contract
