360 Photobooth Event Assistant with Progression to Lead

Contract: Self Employed – Pick up Events around your own schedule.
T60 Events is a 360 Photobooth entertainment service operating in the North and North East of Scotland.
Role Overview:
As an Event Assistant, you will work alongside an Event Lead Staff Member, providing entertainment to guests at bookings. Your responsibilities will include:
* Setup of Equipment
* Operating the 360 Photobooth
* Inspiring Guests with Ideas
* Keeping the Setup Space Tidy and Organised
* Assisting Guests with Downloading their Videos
* Takedown of Equipment
The right applicants should be approachable, outgoing, and friendly. They should have a keen eye for detail and a good work ethic. Professionalism, reliability, and exceptional Customer Service are essential. Applicants must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure.
Once trained, the applicant will progress to a Lead staff member role. It is therefore important that the applicant has a desire for this progression. An Event Lead should be confident at managing customers and working independently. Events such as birthdays are managed by one lead member on their own.
As part of the interview process, you will be offered a one-to-one informal chat about the role, followed by a trial event. This will allow both you and us to see whether you’re a good fit for the role!
If successful in both stages, we will arrange a training afternoon before welcoming you to the team!
Typical Events Include: Weddings, Charity Events, Balls, Corporate Events, Birthdays, Ladies Days, and more!
Please consider whether weekend work is suitable for you. Many hours are on Friday and Saturday evenings. A typical Wedding booking would have a 6:30 setup time, 7:30 start time, 23:00 takedown time, and 23:30 finish.
