Full time starting salary is normally in the range £35,880 to £45,163 with potential progression once in post to £47,874

Role summary
This new role in DARO will lead on providing insight and intelligence utilising reporting tools to guide, influence and drive strategic and operational activity. Long-term, the role will lead on the development, delivery and maintenance of a suite of live reports (using PowerBI).
Main Duties
Analysing and Reporting:
* Responsible for delivery of strategic and accurate reporting and insight.
* Working with Head of CRM, design an efficient and effective suite of PowerBI reports.
* Implement and build the BI structure of DARO.
* Promote user adoption of BI reports.
* Be the subject matter expert for all areas of reporting.
Data to support business need:
* Collaborate with stakeholder teams to advise and create data selections.
* Create complex queries to provide accurate datasets.
* Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the CRM.
General:
* Promotes equality and values diversity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
* Educated to Degree level (or equivalent qualifications) or relevant experience in fundraising or business data analysis.
* Strong IT, technical, data analytics, and CRM skills.
* Experience of BI platforms, report and dashboard construction.
* Critical thinker and data storyteller.
* Experience of data analysis, quality, cleansing, extraction and validation processes.
* Fluency in SQL or similar database query language is required.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Strong and adaptable communication and relationship management skills.
* Problem solver.
* Strong project management skills.
