About the Role
A Salesforce Administrator is needed to help maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system. The position involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that align with best practices. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce, the ability to solve problems efficiently, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include system configuration, process automation, security management, and supporting users with troubleshooting and training. Tools like Gearset and Jira will be used to track and deploy changes.
Responsibilities
* Managing Sales and Service Cloud, with experience in CPQ and Billing being a plus.
* Enhancing and automating Salesforce Lightning processes using Flow, validation rules, and Lightning record pages.
* Upgrading and configuring Salesforce to improve integration.
* Administering roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and security settings.
* Reviewing and implementing new Salesforce features from updates.
* Documenting processes, workflows, and communicating system changes effectively.
* Deploying changes with Gearset and tracking projects in Jira.
* Overseeing security settings, including permission sets, validation rules, and sharing rules.
* Providing end-user support for system issues, including training and troubleshooting.
* Collaborating with Salesforce, development, and data teams to support company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
* Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
* 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
* Strong expertise in Salesforce system administration and maintenance.
* Experience with Salesforce upgrades and integrations.
* Proficiency in configuring and managing Salesforce security settings.
* Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud, including standard objects such as Cases, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Activities.
