Empower Housing Association (EHA) was founded in 2003, to provide specialist housing for adults with disabilities enabling them to live independently within their community. EHA work collaboratively with families, Local Authorities and other key stakeholders, to find the right home for their tenants. Currently, EHA provide housing to over 450 tenants. The Role: Empower Housing - Housing Manager The Housing Manager will lead a small team ensuring the delivery of effective customer focussed housing management services ensuring tenants have a voice in shaping services. You will ensure regulatory and legal compliance and continuous improvement in the standard of customer service and housing management across the organisation delivering high levels of tenant satisfaction and value for money services.
