Administrator required to join our established client, supporting a small, busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
Long term development and progression is available, and the client is wanting a self-motivated candidate, with a "can do attitude". Organised, PC literate, with excellent communication, and a quick learner.
Duties:
Answer all incoming calls, taking detailed messages, forwarding to relevant team
Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective receipt of goods
Assist with arranging hotel bookings
Undertake departmental filing
Order stationary and other amenities
Compile manuals
Collect, open and distribute post
Meet and greet visitors
Source company vehicles and ensure compliant checks are carried out
All other administrative tasks as requiredBenefits:
