Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Recruitment Team Leader in rolling out our new Applicant Tracking System and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a broad and varied role that will suit a highly organised, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of our new ATS to streamline recruitment processes
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding administration
* Ensure compliance with legal and CQC requirements throughout the hiring process
* Coordinating referencing and DBS checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Utilise various recruitment and onboarding tools, including Excel, Word, ATS, e-signature systems and referencing platforms
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate journey
Essential Skills
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident in liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders
* Proficient in IT & systems - experience using excel, word, and recruitment software (ATS, DBS, e-signature systems)
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment - proactive, hardworking an detail-oriented
* Recruitment experience preferred but not essential - A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
