What You’ll Do:
As a New Business Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will be to:
•Identify and engage with potential clients (care homes, agencies, and healthcare providers) to showcase the value of JobsInCare.com.
•Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and become their trusted partner.
•Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach, creative solutions, and a consultative approach.
•Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
•Hit (and smash!) your sales targets while having fun along the way.

What We are Looking For:
•A natural relationship-builder with a knack for closing deals.
•Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruitment, healthcare, or a related industry.
•A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•Excellent communication skills – you’re as confident on the phone as you are in person.
•A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference.
