In Llamau, our Early Identification, Intervention and Prevention Services (EIIPS) are seeking to do exactly that. Role overview: To provide preliminary advice, advocacy and support for young people in partnership with Advice and Support Workers. To explore all aspects of potential prevention of homelessness in partnership with Mediation Workers / Advice Workers and partner agencies. Flexibility around working times is required to meet the needs and wishes of young people and encourage maximum engagement in support / early access to advice and homelessness prevention, achieving the highest possible outcomes for individual’s lives. To build/maintain positive working relationships with partnership agencies, limiting duplication for the young person, and ensuring all of their needs are met.
