As our Logistics Coordinator (Imports), you will manage the import of all components and finished goods for Mobile Plant and Mineral Processing into Australia, either to Bradken sites or Bradken customers.
You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.
With your keen eye for detail and strong compliance focus, you’ll ensure accurate and reliable shipping documentation in line with regulatory and internal standards.
With a cost-conscious mindset, you actively identify opportunities to optimize freight costs across Bradken’s component and product movements, ensuring a balance between efficiency and quality. Your collaborative approach enables you to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, streamlining logistics operations for smooth and efficient workflows.
With a problem-solving mindset, you optimize distribution processes, leveraging data to enhance supply chain value and reduce costs. Your collaborative approach connects APAC logistics teams, ensuring expert import guidance and process standardization.
You are a detail-oriented individual who will ensure the accuracy and integrity of import documentation following external authority requirements and use data insights to deliver better freight distribution decisions.
You build lasting and trust-based working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and be an advisor for all import-related activities.
Key Criteria:
* Demonstrated years of experience in shipping, logistics or similar - desirable.
* Understanding of Freight regulations (Import).
* Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements and application of duties/taxes.
* Experience with MRP systems such as Epicor or SAP – advantageous.
This role is based in Brisbane.
