Our client, one of the UK's leading hair brands, are recruiting a Business Development Manager who will be field-based managing a territory across Portsmouth, Southampton, and Bournemouth.
Requirements
* You will need to be self-motivated and driven to deliver an innovative 'can do' attitude to work.
* You'll need to be successful in delivering strategic business plans with existing partners to deliver growth on current sales.
* Experience with building a pipeline and winning new business.
* Communication is key in this role as you engage with new and existing clients.
* An understanding of social media and how this can be used to commercially benefit your clients.
* A commercial mindset and experience in the hair and beauty industry.
* Flexible with your working hours as events and meetings may require you to be away from home on evenings and weekends.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in business-to-business field sales in hair and beauty, or a relatable industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
* Experience in delivering account strategies and objectives which align with client’s social media plans.
* Focused and goal-oriented.
* Entrepreneurial and results driven.
