You'll be pivotal in helping to steer the strategic direction of the performance team which encompasses PPC and Paid Social and will have responsibility for driving growth across client accounts whilst enabling the team's development and progression.
Core Responsibilities:
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture a close-knit team of around 5.
* Proven hands-on expertise across Paid Media channels - PPC & Paid Social.
* New Business experience and the capability to contribute to new business pitches.
As Head of Performance, you’ll ensure the agency is delivering on campaign optimisation, innovative thinking, and ultimately achieving ROI across all client accounts. They are looking for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing (predominantly Paid Media) who can lead the performance of campaigns, jumping into accounts when necessary – but also enabling the team to produce results.
You’ll act as a thought leader when it comes to PPC and Paid Social, and will be a voice within the agency across multiple teams, playing a key leadership role.

Experience Required:
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and nurture talent.
* Prior experience in a performance marketing position with a proven background in Paid Media and Paid Social.
* A passion for developing digital performance strategies that deliver for clients.
* Experience of actively working across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.
* Used to communicating actionable insights to clients.
* Ability to lead across new business growth and drive forward the digital marketing offering for the agency.
This role would suit a Paid Media Manager or Paid Media Director who has the proven ability to oversee a close-knit team. Alternatively, you may already be a Head of Digital or Digital Acquisition Manager looking for a new opportunity to grow.
