The purpose of this role is to assist in the content development of our digital marketing activity. This includes writing blogs and website content, email campaign activity and social media. As Digital Marketing Apprentice you will be responsible for providing a full mix of digital marketing support to the marketing team and the wider business.You will manage customer databases, create marketing campaigns to customer segments, build automated trigger campaigns for emails and SMS channels, develop leads for our business development team, and support with the building of user journeys to provide a smoother customer retention strategy. The successful candidate will enjoy all things digital and technology and have a keen eye for data. A systematic and diligent approach to work will be required, together with the ability to work as part of a team. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Support the development of digital content, including blog posts, guest blogs, press releases, and forum contributions. Assist in website maintenance and SEO activities to improve search engine rankings and user engagement. Enhance the user experience for employers and learners through effective marketing strategies. Respond to customer inquiries on social media and online forums in a professional manner. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations to inform future campaigns. Assist in planning, delivering, and measuring content-driven marketing campaigns. Help define and implement segmented email and push notification campaigns. Strong interest in content creation and social media Passion for digital marketing and education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Required Grades - Maths C/5, English C/4 Your Training with Baltic: You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. Youll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
