We have an exciting opportunity within our experienced Learning and Development team to help support our students to reach their full potential. You must be enthusiastic, hard-working and able to engage with and relate to young people. This is a rewarding role, in a forward thinking multi academy trust, where you can really make a difference to students in our school community.In addition to general Teaching Assistant duties, these are key elements of the role. Using specialist training/experience provide a level of support for individual pupils/groups of pupils whose needs require support over and above that which a level three Teaching Assistant is expected to provide.
Work alongside the Senior TA (TLT 6) to undertake screening processes, identify needs and plan to deliver effective intervention and support.
Actively support teachers and teaching assistants with the implementation of strategies in the classroom, monitor and review for progress.
Work alongside relevant outside agencies and staff to share information, and receive support and training as required.
