Job DescriptionCrisis Recovery Support Worker
* In this role you will participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
* You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
* Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
* Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
Requirements:
* Previous or current experience working with individuals with mental health illnesses is essential.
* Must have a NVQ level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
