Are you an experienced HR assistant or administrator, looking for your next challenge? If so, our HR Officer role could be for you!This is a wholly generalist role, with a balance of being hands on and advisory, in our face to face, energetic SEN environment.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working to provide the best possible environment for our pupils to excel in daily and approach their role with a professional and willing manner. In this role, you could expect involvement and exposure to all elements of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policies, talent management and training. This role will be a direct point of contact to all staff, with any queries or concerns relating to HR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready for the next step in their career or for someone who is currently working at this level and would like a side step into education. If you hold values of commitment, honesty and a growth mindset, you would be a perfect fit for our team. Although CIPD qualifications are advantageous, they are not required for this role and the ability to flex with the needs of the role would supersede this.
