Sopra Steria is developing a brand-new, highly secure identity and access management (IAM) platform, replacing legacy systems with a scalable, automation-driven, and future-proof solution. Youll play a key role in shaping the architecture and security posture of a platform that leverages the latest in Zero Trust, Least Privilege Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
This is a rare opportunity to work in a greenfield environment where youll have the freedom to create and implement best-in-class identity security solutions using leading technologies like NetIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
What Youll Be Doing:
Designing & implementing NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) solutions to automate user lifecycle management.
Developing and maintaining IAM standards, guidelines, and best practices for a secure and scalable system.
Leading deployments of NetIQ Identity Manager to enable seamless provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization.
Integrating NetIQ products with enterprise directories, third-party identity providers, and cloud applications using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
Building a security-first culture, ensuring compliance with Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and Tiered Access Models.
What Youll Bring:
Proven Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in Tiered Access Models and security best practices.
Strong technical skills in privileged access, authentication, and identity governance.
It would be great if you had:
Hands-on experience with NetIQ Access Manager (NAM) & NetIQ Advanced Authentication
Deep knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Strong grasp of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) frameworks
Expertise in security best practices and compliance standards

Salary: £60,000-70,000 per annum
