Working Foreman/Supervisor
Location: Gillingham - Kent
Type: Full Time, Permanent (42.5 Hours per week)
Salary: Up to £34,680.00 + Company Van and fuel card

About the role:
As a working foreman, you’ll be reporting to the Repairs Supervisor for day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. You’ll also be supporting the Repairs Supervisor by managing a small team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everyone is working effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Coordination: Overseeing the work of laborers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
2. Health and Safety: Maintaining health and safety standards on-site, ensuring all workers adhere to regulations.
3. Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues or disputes that arise on-site, and finding solutions to keep the project on track.
4. Training and Development: Providing guidance and training to junior team members to help them improve their skills.
Role Criteria:
* SOR Experience
* Damp and Mould Experience
* H&B experience
* Previous experience in Social Housing essential
* Provide own hand tools
