We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a new homeless provision in the city of Lincoln. Our 15-bed accommodation service will support adult men and women with histories of sleeping rough, who are experiencing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage. We will provide longer-term housing solutions delivered via the Governments SHAP Programme to help individuals recover from rough sleeping and its associated traumas. The service will be staffed 24/7 with double staff cover due to the high and complex needs of this client group. Duties & Responsibilities Including Service development and delivery; Staff management; other resource management Financial and Physical) as appropriate To assist the Service Manager in managing the service so it achieves and maintains satisfactory performance and meets contractual requirements. To induct, supervise, develop, motivate, lead and appraise staff within the service Manage the performance of delegated workers in their service including conduct, capability and absence To ensure the service is managed safely and all policies and procedures are followed To attend and chair and meeting both internal and external when requested by service manager To complete monitoring for the service when requested by service manager To be involved in promoting of the service Contribute to organisational learning and development when required To support the Service Manager to respond to complaints in an appropriate timeframe and follow relevant To assist the Service Manager and Human Resources with the recruitment of staff for the service Why Join Us?
