Transformation Coach

About the Role
As a Transformation Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects and business-led change initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams to facilitate impactful change while embedding best practices in project management and governance.
What You'll Do:
* Support the Strategy and Transformation Director in driving a successful transformation programme.
* Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams to deliver effective, high-quality business change solutions that meet objectives.
* Provide expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks.
* Prepare and maintain transparent reporting and documentation on progress and risks across the programme.
* Enable continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and ways of working.
* Assist in managing schedules, budgets, communication, and risk mitigation for various initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Critical Skills Required:
* Proven track record in successful project management.
* Excellent coaching and influencing skills to support colleagues with project delivery.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with experience preparing reports for executive-level stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines, and manage workloads autonomously.
* Skilled in stakeholder and relationship management, with a talent for resolving conflicts effectively.
* Adaptability to thrive in evolving business environments.
Critical Knowledge Required:
* Strong understanding of project management processes and frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
* Expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management.
* Experience coaching and developing teams with varied levels of project management experience.
Desirable but Not Essential:
* Experience within financial services or holding financial services-related qualifications, e.g., FPC, ACII.
