An opportunity has arisen with a well-established Shrewsbury organisation for an experienced Customer Service Administrator. The company are a market leader in their field, they are privately owned. This is an exciting role for someone who has worked in a similar role.
Essential Experience
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Ability to work within a fast moving environment to strict deadlines
* Excellent IT skills ideally with a knowledge Microsoft Office
* Professional telephone manner and enjoy building lasting business relationship
* Ability to work to targets and KPI’s
* Own transport due to location
Key duties
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Raise quotations and process sales orders
* Complete forms and reports in Excel
* Answer incoming calls
* Liaise with other departments such as, purchasing, accounts and marketing.
