Job Role: Marketing Operations Executive
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Peterborough (3 days required in the office)
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to play a crucial role in optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and smooth running of the UK marketing team.
The Marketing Operations Executive will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless back of house operations and management, working with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategy.
Project Responsibilities:
1. Support the UK marketing team to deliver marketing initiatives.
2. Support the Operations team with frontline staff communications, especially around promotions.
3. Manage upload of marketing campaign content to in-bureau screens.
4. Manage printing and delivery of in-bureau marketing materials.
5. Ownership of meeting minutes.
6. Support on managing marketing approvals for our partners, particularly our outsourced supermarket business.
7. Handle store queries/troubleshooting around our marketing.
8. Lead and support in the approval process of omni-channel collateral (campaign and BAU).
9. Support in developing a global marketing asset library for omni-channel use (e.g., SEM, social, struts, digital screen).
10. Raise PO’s and process supplier invoices.
11. Support in budget management.
12. Document all spend accurately in a budget tracker.
13. Prepare information for month end / finance teams.
Data Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that project files and relevant paperwork are in order.
2. Support in the creation of consumer duty documents.
3. Support procurement process for new onboarding.
4. Support with contract renewals from tools/agencies.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of marketing and/or marketing administration experience.
2. Understanding/Willingness to learn about FCA regulations.
3. Demonstrated experience of owning and running process management.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Technically capable and an excellent communicator with a desire to improve processes.
