Position Overview
HMH are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Lead Quality Analyst at our office in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. This is a contract role initially.
Responsibilities
* Create CoC and upload CoC and databooks to the document repository/DMS and clear any backlogs.
* Locate legacy manufacturing documents from company records and supply the material certs to the vendor for databook compilation.
* Carry out trace verification to ensure the components are traced back to its material to ensure compliance to industry standards.
* Where there is a discrepancy with trace report back to Engineering.
* Support QMS maintenance by revising procedures to the current process.
* Support development and maintenance of the Local BMS. (Business management system)
* Compliance with HSSE Plan, Quality Plan, and related project requirements.
* Assist customer with requests for previous documentation.
* Liaise with vendor quality teams to ensure first pass of databook.
* Liaise and resolve any complex Third-Party queries and deliver the fully compliant databook on time.
* Drive a continuous improvement methodology, identify, and drive defective documentation with corrective and preventive actions.
* Support all elements of the quality program and drive overall quality in all aspects of manufacturing and service.
