INTERACTION AND REPORTING
Reporting To: Bodyshop Manager
Terms of Contract: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 17:30pm, 45 hours per week
Job Description: The role will include the following tasks:
* Maximise Paint & Body Centre profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.
* Maximise customer awareness of all available Paint & Body Centre and Retailer services.
* Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
* Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
* Help the Paint & Body Centre and Retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
* Apply the warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor the efficient progress of warranty repairs within the bodyshop.
* Ensure compliance with supplying partners (Retailer/Dealer/Centre) company policies, manufacturer requirements/agreement, and industry guidelines.
Desired Criteria:
* 3 years of experience.
* ATA and Audatex accreditation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions.
* Good IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
* The ability to work as a team to deliver on targets.
* The ability to deliver within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
