This is an exciting opportunity, here at Your Housing Group to join us as Director of ICT and assume the strategic leadership and management of our well-established, ICT Division. Our in-house ICT division has continued to grow and evolve over the last 18 months and encompasses service desk, architecture, infrastructure, software and interface development & maintenance, cyber security, and assurance teams. As Director of ICT, you will have the autonomy to lead these teams and wider business stakeholders to deliver on the Groups ICT modernisation and improvement plan, ensuring our Group wide systems and infrastructure are fit for the future. First and foremost, you will take ownership of the development and delivery of the Group's ICT & Security Strategies including their management and flexible execution, to ensure YHGs infrastructure, systems and services align to the company strategy and objectives. Working in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer, you will help shape both current and future strategic priorities and business plans and cascade these through the teams to deliver on our key ICT objectives. You will also lead on the planning and implementation of several improvement projects in flight including the new off the shelf system replacements to further enhance and improve business wide systems functionality, and continue to develop and upgrade YHGs current system base. As a number of these upgrades will be related to strengthening our asset management systems some experience of improving and implementing IT systems geared around housing or property will be required. Importantly, you will also be the strategic and operational lead to each of the Heads of Division that will operate as your direct reports, providing leadership, guidance, and support as they deliver on these business objectives, and be that effective sounding board and mentor where needed.
